Dinner Guests

It is always a challenge to create something different when guests are coming for dinner. Even the old can be new with the right perspective. Stephen inspires creativity when he plans and cooks for friends and family. His solution - a watercress soup taster. Then, to garnish, a sprig of flat parsley alongside a portion of chopped dill and crab, wrapped in smoked salmon. Pork belly, whole potatoes and zucchini rounds for mains. Dessert of chocolate tart to bring the dinner to an end. Lastly, the sipping of coffee and the sampling of delicate shell-shaped chocolates. Another dinner with great company.
